A program that helps NEW or EMERGING nonprofits take their organizations to the next level

Running a nonprofit isn't easy! TNC program will help participants grow their nonprofits in our one year program. We help participants understand how a board, fundraising, taxes, and marketing works.

We've designed the Incubator to teach participants how to run a scalable nonprofit that makes a difference. Our team of nonprofit experts will guide and mentor the participants step-by-step.

Open to new and emerging nonprofits, with or without 501(c)(3) status.

Program is for US based organizations.

FUNDRAISING & DEVELOPMENT PLANNING

Successfully create a fundraising plan to guide your organization’s efforts in the right direction. Learn how to effectively draft a fundraising plan scaled for your organization’s goals, size, and stage.

PROGRAM DESIGN FOR NONPROFITS

How to intentionally design programs or services to help further an organization’s mission. Define program activities, create a journey map for client services, build in feedback loops for program refinement, and messaging to attract leads.


OUTCOMES EVALUATION & METRIC CREATION 101

Learn how to design metrics to measure an organization's impact. Set up evaluation systems that create measurements for reporting. Methods used to gather impact data, metrics needed for grants, and the technology needed to be successful.
